Shipping Policy

OUR WINE IS FOR ADULTS OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE. YOU MUST VERIFY YOUR AGE TO JOIN OUR  FAMILY VIP MEMBERSHIP. SHIPMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR BY AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 21.

Please note that we are currently able to accept orders only from the State of California in the United States.

We offer the following shipping options, Rules and Restrictions:

  • After an order is placed, packages will be sent out via UPS Ground within 3-5 business days.
  • We currently ship 12 ZODIACS WINE only to the State of California.
  • You must be 21 years of age or older to complete a purchase.
  • Adult signature is required upon delivery and acceptance of purchased wine orders.
  • Deliveries to a P.O. Box address is not acceptable.
  • To avoid any delays on the enjoyment of your wine, we highly recommend the use of a business address as the shipping address where an adult will be available during the day to sign.
  • Wines, like us, are sensitive to their environment. Being exposed to extreme heat or cold will affect the quality of the product. To prevent your wines from becoming damaged during periods of extreme weather, we may have to hold your order until the beginning of the next week or until weather conditions improve.

All orders placed after 3:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. Please note that our calculated time of delivery is based on business days and therefore, weekends and holidays are not included.

State shipping restrictions — Wine FAMILY VIP MEMBERS

Due to individual state shipping restrictions, via internet purchases, we can only offer wine to FAMILY VIP MEMBERS or consumers residing in the following State: California. For the time being, FAMILY VIP MEMBERSHIP is only available within the State of California. Certain restrictions may apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping & handling rates include the following: polystyrene insert, an outer carton to protect your wine, labor and all alcohol signature charges levied by carriers. Flat rate shipping and handling totals $12.00 ( Includes a polystyrene insert and an outer carton). Purchase any 4 wines or more and SHIPPING IS FREE.
