Return of Package

If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the 3 delivery attempts, UPS will return your package back to our company. You have the option to have the package held for reshipment for an additional shipping charge. Please contact us directly at Toll Free: 866-886-0899 for any questions or concerns regarding delivery.

Refund of Package

Note: The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and as federal law states, alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, it may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value. No cash, credit, or store credit can be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
