A bright copper red color that sparkles in the light, Sangiovese seems like it was made to be a rosé wine.

A summery bouquet of rosy red fruit and flowers: strawberry, cherry, raspberry, rose petal and cherry blossom fill the nose and palate of this perfect warm weather wine. A whiff of whole allspice and star anise add to the fruity finish of red current, watermelon and tangerine.

Rosé of Sangiovese definitely serve cold in a white wine glass.  Pairs well with roasted red peppers stuffed with goat cheese and basil, tuna tartare, grilled lamb cutlets with rosemary cream, a bowl of Moroccan couscous and chicken.
