Often called the prince of red grapes. The Shiraz grape is originally from France, especially the Hermitage in Rhone Valley in France.

TASTING NOTES:

Dark in appearance and deep in flavor, this Shiraz begins with black fruit and spice, bramble berry, sweet nutmeg and whole allspice. Lashings of dark chocolate lead on to the juicy palate brimming with big blackberry, dried black currant and black plum. The fruit extends into the prolonged finish where it’s enhanced with cracked black peppercorns.

COMPOSITION: 100% Shiraz.
BARREL AGED: 18 months in French Oak American Oak.
ALCOHOL: 14.8% & 750 ML.
WITH FOOD:

Shiraz is a great wine to pair well with steak, lamb, wild game, Roasted or grilled mushrooms, Asian spiced ribs, grilled meats & vegetables, duck.
